Using Assessments to coach CEOs

A key ingredient in my coaching CEOs and other leaders involves conducing a 360-degree Feedback study based on feedback I collect from interviews I do with their stakeholders. Sometimes in the course of this survey I get surprisingly wonderful results testifying to the success of the coaching.
