Leaders and leadership may or may not be something that fascinate you, but leaders have an impact on your life and mine, every day. This website and the blogs I’m posting are mostly about leadership, although there’s also going to be space devoted to personal interests. As we’ve acutely been made aware this past year, leaders cast a long shadow. They contribute significantly to how safe we feel in the world. They influence how good we feel about the country we live in.

My work with leaders as a Trusted Advisor and Leadership Coach gives me an ongoing itch to write about leadership which I intend to scratch via this website. Additionally, as a leadership coach, I get to meet some unbelievably cool people who happen to be leaders, most of whom I’d never meet if I weren’t being asked to be their coach. I hope to make the acquaintance of even more such interesting characters with the help of what gets said here.
